Please inspect your powerful package on arrival and contact us immediately if there are any defects, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as we can.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, there are some limitations on our ability to accept returns for underwear.

We encourage you to refer to our size guide or reach out to us if you are unsure about sizing, fit or style.
We're here to help you find your perfect match.

We recommend purchasing a single pair if you remain uncertain.  
We offer our customers size replacement (at no additional cost) for a single pair of Powerpants within 30 days of the item arriving.

Refunds

Gift cards can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase.
